Our laboratory provides in-patient and out-patient services. Because 90% of all lab tests are done at St. James Parish Hospital results are provided faster. Our qualified staff are all Medical Technologist certified by the American Society of Clinical pathologists. The lab hours for outpatients are 7am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 12noon on Saturdays. The lab is available on-call for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
